THE PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTS’ COUNCIL ACTS

Regulations made by the Minister under sections 2 and 46 of the Professional Architects’ Council Act

1. These regulations may be cited as the Professional Architects’ Council (Code of Practice) Regulations 2016.

  1. In these regulations –
    ―Act‖ means the Professional Architects’ Council Act.
  2. For the purpose of section 2 of the Act, the Code of Practice shall be the Code set out in

the Schedule.

4. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 2017. Made by the Minister on 1 January 2017.
