STUDYING ARCHITECTURE

The decision to study Architecture must not be taken lightly.
It takes a total of 7 years to become a fully qualified Architect.
While it is an admirable profession it requires a large investment in not only time but money.

University de Nantes, Pierrefond is currently the only option for Mauritians to study Architecture without going abroad.

When considering education abroad it is important to factor in the cost of living as well as rent and university fees.

If you are interested in studying Architecture it is important to carry out a lot of research before you make your decision.

The University you choose to study at must be recognised globally as well as in Mauritius.
The International Union of Architects (UIA) is a recognised global body for architecture which the PAC refers to when suggesting education to prospective students, if the University you are looking to study at is not listed here please do not consider it for tertiary education.

Some popular destinations to study abroad are;

-England
-Europe
-South Africa
-Australia
-India
-Malaysia
-Russia
