    2. I declare to have taken good note of Section 19 of the PAC Act 2011.
    3. I agree to abide by the PAC Act 2011, including the Code of Practice & Regulations.

      GENERAL NOTES
    4. The Applicant shall take cognisance of the PAC Act 2011, Code of Practice and Regulations prior to filling and signing the current application form.
    5. Particular attention is drawn to Section 45 of the Professional Architects’ Council Act 2011 and the Regulations.
    6. The Applicant shall present the originals (along with photocopies) of the following documents to the Registrar at the moment of application: CV, Birth certificate, National Identity Card, Certificates (SC & HSC / BAC), Architecture Degree, testimonials, a valid Certificate of Character and any other relevant documents in support of the application including proof of the prescribed experience.
    7. The PAC may request Applicant to submit certified copies (of the above mentioned documents) by a notary from the country where same have been awarded/ issued.
    8. The Applicant shall be eligible for the application as Professional Architect after completion of the two years post-qualification experience.
    9. The Applicant shall be submitting his/her PAC Trainee Architect’s Logbook, Testimonial of the Mentor(s), portfolio and any other relevant documents as may be requested by the Registrar and/or the Registration Board.
    10. In case the Applicant has obtained his/her professional experience and development abroad, he/she will be requested to furnish registration details of his/her employer(s).
    11. If the Applicant’s submitted application form and accompanying documents comply with all the requirements, The Registration Board, through the Registrar shall invite him/her for an interview before awarding or rejecting the application.
    12. Only complete application forms and required documents shall be forwarded to the Registration Board for evaluation purpose.
    13. The Applicant shall effect payment of fees as may be prescribed at the moment of the application and upon approval of same.
    14. The PAC may request the applicant of any other documents that may deem necessary for registration.

    17. Particular attention is drawn to Section 45 of the Professional Architects’ Council Act 2011.
    18. The Applicant must be eligible to practise as a Professional Architect in his/her country of origin or any other country where he/she was authorised to practise.
    19. The Applicant must present his/her valid professional registration certificate from the professional body/authority of his/her country of origin or any other country where he/she was authorised to practise. PAC reserves the right to obtain confirmation of the registration from the professional body.
    20. The Applicant shall present the originals (along with photocopies) of the following documents to the PAC Registrar at the moment of application: Birth certificate, Passport, Resident Permit, Architecture Degree (s), testimonials, CV, a valid Certificate of Character, a recent medical certificate certifying that the applicant does not suffer from any mental impairment and any other relevant documents in support of the application including proof of the prescribed experience.
    21. The PAC may request Applicant to submit certified copies (of the above-mentioned documents) by a notary from the country where same have been awarded/ issued.
    22. If the Applicant’s submitted application form and accompanying documents comply with all the requirements, the Registration Board, through the Registrar shall invite him/her for an interview before awarding or rejecting the application.
